Time to Let Go (and Take Up Something Better)
Today is definitely a candle day.
You know the kind I’ve ticked off most of the to-do list (and I’m happily ignoring the rest), enjoyed two walks (one dry, one soggy), and now I’m snuggled up, ready to curl up with a good book.
But before I settle in, I wanted to share a little thought…
What Are You Putting Up With?
Have you ever noticed how much we put up with in life?
Things that don’t quite work how we need them to anymore. Objects, routines, even friendships that have quietly reached their expiry date. I think it was Marie Kondo who suggested we thank the item and then let it go whether that’s to the charity shop, eBay, or the tip.
And it’s not just about “stuff”.
A friend of mine is doing a big wardrobe and home clear-out as part of her divorce making space for a new chapter.
So tomorrow, I’m starting a mini-purge of my own at home and at work (don’t worry, not divorce-related!).
We Change – So Should What’s Around Us
Here’s my thought for the day:
We evolve. We grow.
But sometimes, our environments, possessions, or even relationships don’t grow with us.
So…
What do you need to let go of?
And maybe more importantly…
What do you need to take up?
Take Up Something That Truly Serves You
If what you need is time to rest, recharge, or reconnect with your body, I’ve got you.
Whether it’s:
• An intensive massage facial to melt away stress and leave your skin glowing
• A deeply relaxing massage to ease tension and calm your nervous system
• Gentle yoga or Fitness Pilates classes to stretch, move, and breathe again
• Fun, accessible online fitness or community-based classes to rebuild strength and confidence
…we’re here to help you make space for the things that support your wellbeing.
It might just be the best thing you take up this season.
