If you would like to receive details about last minute appointments for facials, pedicures, massage etc then become part of the text service. We will text you of appointments available on the days/times that you specify.

Cancellation
We know that our clients lead busy lives and things change at a moments notice. If you do need to cancel or change an appointment we would be really grateful if you would give us 24 hours notice.? Body and Beauty Therapy Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Calling Us
During treatments you will understand that we don’t want to interrupt your treatment by answering the phone – so some lovely ladies answer the phones for us and take a message. We endeavour to return all calls at the soonest possible opportunity. If you can leave as much details as possible regarding times treatments and contact numbers etc it does help.
