• Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment you only need to remove shoes and socks and relax on the treatment couch.

A Little Note To You...

• You will be covered in soft towels, which are turned back to reveal only the area to be massaged at that particular time and then recovered before the next area is treated. However you will need to undress and will be offered disposable knickers so as not to get any oils or products on to your underwear..
• This is a lovely relaxing treatment but it is also not so good for your hair style – bring a comb along to tidy up afterwards.
• After the treatment you ‘ll be feeling relaxed so make the most of this by not scheduling a really busy day and give yourself time to relax at home.
